These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the software, website, and digital products provided by AIEABot.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from https://dowgoldea.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or Products.

1. Digital Product Nature and Delivery

All software and related files sold by AIEABot.com are distributed exclusively in digital format. No physical goods will be shipped. Upon successful payment, access to the product shall be delivered electronically via email or through a secure user portal.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to full compliance with these Terms, AIEABot.com hereby grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased Expert Advisor (“EA”) on one (1) MetaTrader 5 account per license.

You shall not, and shall not allow others to:

• Copy, resell, share, or otherwise distribute the software;

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code;

• Use the software in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by AIEABot.com.

3. Refund and Chargeback Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access to the product has been granted.

In the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim initiated by the customer, AIEABot.com reserves the right to:

• Immediately terminate and deactivate all licenses associated with the customer;

• Blacklist the user and revoke access to future updates and support;

• Pursue legal action for damages resulting from fraud or breach of agreement.

4. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer

Trading in foreign exchange markets (Forex) carries a high level of risk. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AIEABot.com makes no guarantee of profits or returns;

• Past performance is not indicative of future results;

• You use the software at your own risk, and are solely responsible for any financial outcome arising from its use.

The EA is not a financial advisor or investment service.

5. Support and Maintenance

AIEABot.com may offer basic support for installation and general usage via email or official Telegram channels. Support does not include personalized trading advice, account setup, or VPS configuration unless explicitly stated.

Software updates, where applicable, may be provided at our sole discretion and without obligation.

6. Unauthorized Use and Termination

If any unauthorized use, duplication, or breach of license is detected, including redistribution, cracking, or sharing, AIEABot.com reserves the right to:

• Terminate the license immediately;

• Pursue legal remedies including but not limited to injunctive relief and damages.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, and source code of AIEABot.com’s software and Website are the exclusive property of AIEABot.com. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website or Products after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, specifically under the jurisdiction of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within said State.
