Eligible commissions become payable 14 days after the customer’s payment clears. The minimum payout is $500 in eligible unpaid commissions; smaller balances carry forward.
$1 commission = 1 USDT received, on BEP20 or TRC20. DowGold covers the network fee. Payouts are reviewed by DowGold before transfer.

- Eligible purchases. New licenses and upgrades qualify: Core 15%, Complete 20%, Professional 20% and Ultimate 25%. Package upgrades use the destination license tier’s rate on the eligible amount actually paid after discounts and upgrade credit. Tax and shipping are excluded; payment-processing fees do not reduce the commission base.
- Legacy upgrades. Legacy account-slot upgrades with no configured commission rate are held for review. They are not assigned a guessed rate.
- 60-day attribution. A valid referral click lasts 60 days. The latest eligible affiliate click before checkout wins, and the customer’s payment must clear within that referral window. Ordinary return visits do not extend the window. Future purchases need a qualifying referral; there is no lifetime customer assignment. Self-referrals do not qualify.
- Checkout coverage. Automatic referral tracking covers purchases completed on DowGoldEA.com. Purchases completed on reseller websites are not currently tracked here.
- Commission maturity. Each verified commission becomes payable 14 days after the customer’s payment clears, subject to refunds and unresolved reviews.
- Payouts. At least $500 in eligible unpaid commissions is required. Smaller balances carry forward. Payment is USDT only on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) or TRC20 (TRON). $1 of commission equals 1 USDT received. DowGold pays network fees in addition to the full commission. Payouts are reviewed and transferred manually; reaching the threshold does not trigger an automatic transfer.
- Refunds. Refunds reduce the related unpaid commission proportionately. Refunds affecting commission that has already been paid are placed under review. Further payouts are paused until the account is reviewed.
- Account and wallet. New affiliates receive referral access immediately after accepting these terms. An active affiliate account and a valid receiving wallet are required for payouts. Supply an address for USDT on your selected network. Wallet changes apply to future payout preparation and do not change a payout already in progress.
- Promotion. Describe DowGold accurately, identify your affiliate relationship where required and do not promise trading profits or guaranteed returns.
