These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website, software, licenses, downloadable releases, support and cloud-connected services supplied by DGHS Trading Inc. ("DGHS Trading", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), trading as DowGoldEA.com. By purchasing or using DowGold, you agree to this Agreement and the separate Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy.
1. Digital Product and Delivery
DowGold is supplied digitally. No physical goods are shipped. After cleared payment and any required account checks, we provide access through the customer account, license system or another approved delivery method. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, license keys and download links secure.
2. License Grant, Plans and Restrictions
Subject to this Agreement and cleared payment, we grant the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased DowGold package on the permitted number of the purchaser's MT4 or MT5 trading accounts: Core one (1), Complete two (2), Professional four (4), and Ultimate VIP six (6). The package features and account allowance shown at checkout form part of the order.
The license is a one-time purchase. An otherwise valid license does not expire. Downloadable EA releases and the plan's product-support tier are included for the supported commercial life of DowGold EA; nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.
You must not copy, resell, share, publish, sublicense or distribute the software or a license key; decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except to the limited extent applicable law cannot exclude; bypass license, download or access controls; use another person's entitlement; or use DowGold unlawfully. Transfers or replacements require our approval.
Personal license and account use. Each license is issued solely to the registered license holder and may be used only by that person, on the number of trading accounts included in the purchased tier. You must not share, transfer, lend, resell or permit any other person to access or use your DowGold account, login credentials, license, license key, software access or authorized connections.
Connection audits. To protect the service and enforce these Terms, we may review license connection records, including IP addresses, devices and account activity. If connection activity raises a reasonable concern that these Terms may have been breached—for example, an unusual number or pattern of concurrent IP addresses—we may contact you and require a reasonable explanation or supporting information.
We may suspend or terminate the affected access if you do not provide the requested explanation or information, or if we reasonably determine that the license has been shared or misused, subject to Section 9 and applicable law.
3. EA Updates and Support
Every Core, Complete, Professional and Ultimate VIP purchase includes downloadable EA releases for the supported commercial life of DowGold EA, together with the plan's product-support tier: Core: Basic Product Support; Complete: Priority Product Support; Professional: Enhanced Priority Support; Ultimate VIP: VIP Priority Support.
There is no annual fee, no renewal and no subscription. Nothing renews or charges automatically.
DowGold subscriptions on Whop. DowGold subscriptions bought on our official Whop store are billed, renewed, canceled and refunded under Whop's terms shown at purchase. The one-time, no-renewal terms in Sections 2 and 3 and the 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 6 apply to licenses bought directly from DowGoldEA.com.
In this Agreement, "lifetime" means the supported commercial life of the DowGold EA product or benefit concerned; it does not mean the lifetime of an individual or an unconditional promise that a service will operate forever.
Older builds are not guaranteed to remain compatible with later changes made by MetaTrader, an operating system, broker, prop firm or other third party. Customers should install the current release.
4. Cloud-Connected Live Service
A valid license continues to receive centrally delivered strategy, operational, service-protocol and security changes required to operate the licensed service.
The live service depends on internet access, MetaTrader, brokers, hosting, market data and other systems. Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. We may maintain, secure, modify or discontinue features or the overall service in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.
5. Setup and Support
Every initial license purchase includes one initial setup-assistance entitlement. The plan's product-support tier applies for the supported commercial life of DowGold EA. Priority describes queue order; it is not a guaranteed response-time service level unless a separate written SLA expressly says otherwise.
Support does not include personalized trading, investment, legal or tax advice; management of the customer's trading account; a promise of profit; or responsibility for a third party's systems or rules. Remote setup, where offered, requires the customer's permission and supervision.
6. Refunds, Reversals and Payment Disputes
Every license purchased directly from DowGoldEA.com includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. A customer may request cancellation and a full refund within 30 days after purchase, for any reason. Purchases made through Whop or through a reseller such as CheaperForex are refunded only under that seller's own terms; DowGold has no control over those refunds. Refund requests are processed manually; the request process is described on the Refund Policy page. There is no usage-based exclusion from this guarantee. The specific refund information shown at checkout forms part of the order, and statutory rights remain unaffected. Partial refunds and automatic prorated refunds are not offered unless required by law or expressly approved by us.
A full refund or chargeback of a license payment invalidates the license created by that payment and its related updates and support entitlements. A partial monetary refund does not change entitlements unless an authorized, recorded adjustment expressly says so.
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us promptly so it can be investigated. Fraud, unauthorized sharing, abusive disputes or a material breach may result in proportionate suspension or termination of the affected account, license or benefit while the matter is investigated, subject to applicable law.
7. Historical Purchases and Grandfathering
These new-sale terms apply only to qualifying direct purchases paid on or after 1 September 2026. Earlier orders and licenses remain untouched and continue under the product and sales-channel terms presented when they were purchased. We do not migrate historical orders into this offer or use these terms to narrow an earlier lifetime-updates or lifetime-support promise.
Independent reseller purchases follow the reseller's published sales, updates, support and refund terms unless a recorded DowGold entitlement expressly states otherwise. CheaperForex sells under its own published terms.
8. Trading Risk and No Advice
Foreign exchange, precious-metal, index and other leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss. DowGold does not guarantee profit, a return, a maximum drawdown, a successful prop-firm challenge or uninterrupted execution. Past performance, verified accounts, backtests, examples and reviews do not guarantee future results. You choose the broker, account, settings, exposure and whether automated trading is suitable for you, and you remain responsible for every financial outcome.
DowGold is software, not a broker, investment manager, financial adviser or personalized investment service. Read the separate Risk Disclosure before using a live account and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
9. Unauthorized Use and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an affected license, account, download entitlement or service access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, fraud, sharing, cracking, redistribution, an attempt to bypass security, unlawful use or another material breach. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a route to correct an error.
10. Ownership and Intellectual Property
DowGold software, source code, branding, website content and related intellectual property remain owned by DGHS Trading Inc. or its licensors. Purchasing a license grants only the rights expressly stated in this Agreement. All other rights are reserved.
11. Third-Party Services
MetaTrader, brokers, prop firms, payment providers, hosting services, analytics sites, Telegram, resellers and other linked services are independent third parties. Their availability, rules, prices, security and decisions are outside our control. A compatibility statement or link is not a guarantee or endorsement. You must review and comply with their current terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future purchases or to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. We will publish a new effective date and provide reasonable advance notice of a material change affecting an existing entitlement. Changes do not retroactively remove a recorded grandfathered promise or an entitlement already earned, except where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse or a serious security risk.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes shall be brought in the competent state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
