Is this a subscription?

Not here. Every DowGold license on this site is a one-time purchase. If you would rather pay monthly or yearly, DowGold is also on Whop as a subscription. Lifetime EA updates and your plan’s support tier are included for the supported commercial life of DowGold. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.

What happens after I purchase?

Once payment is confirmed, access your license, MT4 or MT5 download and setup guides in the Member Zone. Every package includes initial setup assistance. DowGold runs in your MetaTrader terminal on a Windows PC or VPS with an internet connection.

Can I change my trading accounts?

Yes, from your Member Zone. Your package sets how many account numbers can be authorized at once. New Core licenses allow one replacement every 12 hours; initial setup does not count. Existing Core licenses retain their current terms. Complete, Professional and Ultimate VIP have no Core waiting period.

What changes between the support levels?

All packages include initial setup assistance and lifetime updates. Core comes with product support by ticket and email, Complete with Priority Product Support and Professional with Enhanced Priority Support. Professional also includes a multi-account setup review.

Ultimate VIP includes lifetime VIP Priority Support, concierge setup and private VIP Telegram access. Priority describes queue order—not a promised response time. Telegram membership is issued after an eligible customer’s request is reviewed.

What happens in the private VIP Telegram group?

It’s where Ultimate VIP members talk to the DowGold team directly. We answer questions, share settings and which prop firms are working, discuss results and market news, and give early notice of updates.

When the cloud goes quiet, we explain why: it has judged the market too risky and is sitting it out. Access is lifetime, issued once your request is reviewed.

Can I upgrade an existing license?

Yes. View available upgrades in My Licenses in your Member Zone. Upgrading keeps your license key and authorized accounts. For the best price, choose the package with the account slots you expect to need upfront, rather than adding them later.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

For a direct purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. There is no usage-based exclusion. Requests are reviewed and processed manually. A refund covers the purchase price, not trading losses.
