Is this a subscription? What if I don’t renew?

No. The license is a one-time purchase. Core, Complete and Professional include 12 months of EA updates and plan-tier support. Annual cover is optional and never charged automatically.

If you do not renew, your otherwise valid license, owned features, account allowance, live trades and last eligible EA release continue. Later feature downloads and plan-tier support pause. Non-priority Account Function Support remains for account access, billing, license recovery and confirmed live-service incidents.

Minimum fixes required by DowGold’s own protocol or security changes remain available without renewal. Later feature releases and compatibility work for external platform, broker or operating-system changes need active cover. Ultimate VIP includes lifetime updates and VIP Priority Support.

A late renewal starts a fresh 12-month period when payment is recorded; you are not charged for the lapsed time.

What happens after I purchase?

Once payment is confirmed, access your license, MT4 or MT5 download and setup guides in the Member Zone. Every package includes initial setup assistance. DowGold runs in your MetaTrader terminal on a Windows PC or VPS with an internet connection.

Can I change my trading accounts?

Yes, from your Member Zone. Your package sets how many account numbers can be authorised at once. New Core licenses allow one replacement every 12 hours; initial setup does not count. Existing Core licenses retain their current terms. Complete, Professional and Ultimate VIP have no Core waiting period.

What changes between the support levels?

All packages include initial setup assistance. While covered, Core receives Basic Product Support, Complete receives Priority Product Support and Professional receives Enhanced Priority Product Support. Professional also includes a multi-account setup review.

Ultimate VIP includes lifetime VIP Priority Support, concierge setup and private VIP Telegram access. Priority describes queue order—not a promised response time. Telegram membership is issued after an eligible customer’s request is reviewed.

Can I upgrade an existing license?

Yes. View available upgrades in My Licenses in your Member Zone. Upgrading keeps your license key and authorised accounts. For the best price, choose the package with the account slots you expect to need upfront, rather than adding them later.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

For a direct purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days after your initial license purchase or a manual annual renewal if dissatisfied with DowGold’s performance. There is no usage-based exclusion. Requests are reviewed and processed manually. A refund covers the purchase price, not trading losses.
