The short version: buy any DowGold license direct from DowGoldEA.com and, if you want your money back within 30 days, you get it. All of it. You do not have to give a reason, and there is no minimum or maximum usage that disqualifies you. Live trading, backtesting and support use during those 30 days do not affect your right to a refund.
1. What is covered
- Every one-time DowGold license bought direct from DowGoldEA.com: Core, Complete, Professional and Ultimate VIP.
- Paid upgrades from one package to another bought direct from DowGoldEA.com, for the amount paid on the upgrade.
The 30-day window starts at the date and time your payment is confirmed. A request made inside that window qualifies even if we process it after the window closes.
2. How to request a refund
- Send a message through the contact page, or email [email protected] from the address on your DowGold account.
- Include your order number. You will find it in your purchase confirmation email and in the Member Zone.
- That is all. You do not need to explain why.
3. What happens next
- We confirm the request and cancel the license attached to that order. The EA stops receiving the live trade stream once the license is cancelled, so close or manage any open positions in your terminal first.
- The full purchase price is returned to the payment method or wallet you paid with. Refunds are processed manually by a person, not automatically, and are normally completed within a few business days of your request.
- You receive a confirmation when the refund has been sent. Bank, card and blockchain processing times after that are outside our control.
4. What a refund does not cover
- Trading results. A refund returns the license price. It never covers trading losses, missed profits, broker fees, prop-firm fees or VPS costs. Trading is at your own risk; see the Risk Disclosure.
- Purchases after the 30 days. The guarantee is 30 days from payment. After that, the license is yours for the supported commercial life of DowGold, with lifetime updates included, and is not refundable.
- Reseller purchases. Licenses bought from an authorised reseller such as CheaperForex follow that reseller's own refund terms. Contact the reseller directly. See authorised resellers.
- Chargebacks and disputes. Please ask us first. A refund request takes one message and is honoured in full. Opening a payment dispute instead of asking will delay the outcome and suspends the license while the dispute is investigated.
5. After a refund
A refunded license is cancelled permanently and cannot be reactivated. Any downloads, account slots and support entitlements tied to that order end with it. You are welcome to buy again later at the then-current price.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. The refund information shown at checkout forms part of your order. The full contractual terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
