Before you begin
Do not change trading settings while a DowGold position or pending order is open. Keep the terminal time and timezone visible while checking messages.
Follow these steps

Confirm that MetaTrader is online and receiving live prices.

Confirm that AutoTrading or Algo Trading is enabled globally and for the DowGold chart.
- 3
Check that the approved WebRequest address is present without extra spaces.
- 4
Review the Experts and Journal tabs for the exact message and timestamp.
- 5
If the status remains offline, include those messages in a verified support ticket.
Expected result
MetaTrader receives live prices and DowGold returns to its expected connected state without a new repeating error.
