Connect DowGold for the first time
Install the version available to your account, authorise the terminal and confirm the connection before trading.

Before you begin
Have MetaTrader installed, access to your Member Zone download and a trading account ready. Make changes only when no DowGold position or pending order is open.
Follow these steps

Download the latest DowGold version available to your account from Member Zone → Downloads.

Close MetaTrader completely, install the correct MT4 or MT5 files, then reopen the terminal.

Add the approved WebRequest address exactly as shown in your member package.

Attach DowGold to the required chart and enable AutoTrading or Algo Trading, using the label shown by your platform.

Wait for the connected status, then confirm the account and selected risk mode.
Expected result
DowGold shows the expected licensed and connected status, MetaTrader is receiving live prices and no new error appears in Experts or Journal.
