Before you begin
Check the plan and cover dates shown in Member Zone. Annual cover is manual and does not renew automatically.
Follow these steps

Core, Complete and Professional include 12 months of downloadable EA updates and the support tier shown for the plan.

Near the end of that period, review the optional annual-cover offer in Member Zone.

Renew manually if you want later EA releases and the same plan-level support to continue.
- 4
If you do not renew, your license, owned features, account allowance, live trades and last eligible EA version continue to work.
- 5
Ultimate VIP includes future EA updates and VIP Priority Support for life, with no annual fee.
Expected result
Member Zone clearly shows the plan and cover status without suggesting that the permanent license or live trade service expires.
