Change a registered trading account safely
Check the license and registered account before moving DowGold to another terminal, computer or VPS.

Before you begin
Sign in to Member Zone and record the license, current MetaTrader login and intended replacement account. Make the change only when no DowGold position or pending order is open.
Follow these steps

Open My Licenses in Member Zone and select the DowGold license you intend to use.

Compare its registered trading account with the login shown in MetaTrader. Do not change a different license by mistake.

Use the account controls shown for that license to register the intended MT4 or MT5 account.

Close and reopen MetaTrader, attach the correct DowGold build and confirm the licensed and connected status.

If the account cannot be changed or the status remains unlicensed, open a License or activation ticket with the license reference, platform and exact message.
Expected result
The intended trading account appears against the correct license in Member Zone and DowGold reports its expected licensed and connected status in MetaTrader.
